  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We are sure you are going to love your new Paseo Pack, however if that isn't the case, no worries!

     

    • You can return it to us within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was purchased in.
    • Please notify us that you would like to return the product at info@paseopack.com and we will provide details of our address.
    • When we receive your product we will issue you a refund to the same payment method used during purchase, providing it is in an unused condition. Please use a tracked postal service to return your item.
    • If you paid for shipping (shipped internationally) we cannot refund shipping costs, and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Shipping costs are calculated at check out. They are also non-refundable and items returned to us for exchange or refund will be your responsibility. Please send us a note at info@paseopack.com if you need to return your item.

     

    If you are having your Paseo Pack delivered outside of the UK, there may be import duties and taxes when it reaches its destination. You will be responsible for these charges. Since we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
